Yes. You can set rules in the app or automations in home apps like Apple or Google. These can be based on times or sunrise/set where you live.

The Wemo WiFi Smart Dimmer has the Auto-off Timer Rule feature which allows your Wemo device to turn OFF some time (which you can set) after you turned it ON.
