“Can I set these up using a hot spot instead of a wifi network?”

• You could but....your hot spot (phone) would have to stay with in range of these devices at all times in order for them to work properly.

• Depends...if your hotspot acts as your wifi router and has the ability to deliver an IP address (DHCP) to the device then it should work with a hotspot. Your phone should also be on the same network as you will need to have the Wemo app to configure the Wemo Plug.
