I was having the same problem and went to the internet and searched for resetting the plugs and following the directions I had to do the reset several times because sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. But once I reset the plugs I was able to start over. Eventually every plug was responding. Having done that on almost every plug at this point it is quite frustrating. Good luck!

Don’t let go of the plug until you see the light blinking. At that point-let go and re-load the smart plug on the app. It’s a pain and I do it it about once a week.
