A:AnswerThere is no question here, but I will say that I've purchased two of these, and they are both not only noisy as heck, but problematic. I'm returning them both under warranty.
A:AnswerMine had the same issue (smelled like something was burning or melting) not sure why but very unpleasant. I was going to return mine but I really wanted the built in DVD player so I kept hoping it would go away. After 2 months it has mostly gone away. A scented candle helps. Hope this helps.
