QuestionStupid question, but how do I remove the DVD?

- Answer Push the button on the bottom right front of TV will eject the DVD. And it’s not a stupid question. I’m usually pretty good with that stuff and it took me a bit to figure it out.

- Answer DVD player works just by plugging tv in and clicking the source button till you get to DVD then press play it is very easy.

- Answer Legs are 25 inches apart (outside measurement). Flat surface should be greater than 28 inches.

QuestionHow to insert the disk?

- Answer In the back of the TV is a vertical slot on the right-hand side. Hold the disk so that the shiny side faces you and the print side is away from you, and gently push the disk into the slot. At some point, the machine will take over and pull the disk the rest of the way into the unit.

- Answer The legs come uninstalled. You can install them with 4 supplied screws (2 each) and you can quickly remove them for wall mounting.This actually wall mounts using a VESA 200 * 200 mount. And you will need 4 mounting screws- M6 * 10mm. Believe it or not, these 4 machine screws DO NOT COME with the TV and the manual says as much. You’ll need to pick them up at a big box store for about .50 each. Rather disappointed when I found that out.

- Answer I did the exact same thing! I expected it to suck it in and start playing if I just pushed on it a little. I looked in the manual on how to play the DVD and found something to click on in that menu that said "Eject DVD" or something to that effect and that made it spit it out. It did recognize it as an unplayable disc, so that was good...at least I hadn't broken it. Hope you get yours working!

- Answer Hi Sandy, it is not a smart TV. However, it does have connectivity for a streaming player to be connected and made into a smart TV. It has USB and HDMI connectivity so for example if you have a Roku streaming stick you can connect it and tada! Hope this helps, have a great day!

QuestionHow’s the picture quality of the DVD player? I’m using another 720p tv now with a separated DVD player, and the picture is terrible. Some of my favorite DVDs are unwatchable. Never had this problem with my old box tv.
