I did the exact same thing! I expected it to suck it in and start playing if I just pushed on it a little. I looked in the manual on how to play the DVD and found something to click on in that menu that said "Eject DVD" or something to that effect and that made it spit it out. It did recognize it as an unplayable disc, so that was good...at least I hadn't broken it. Hope you get yours working!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All CD Drives should have a hole close to a pin hole--put a needle or small like a needle in and it should eject the disc.
