• As stated in the Specifications section of the page, it has 1 year parts and labor.

• 1 year manufacturers warranty but you can also purchase a 2 year plan through best buy

• There's a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, but you have to return the TV at your own expense, and Westinghouse does not guarantee they'll fix it before you send it in. Save yourself some money and buy the product replacement plan...it's only 20 bucks, and this will cost you less than shipping this TV anywhere in the country. See my review once it's posted publicly, I just wrote it a couple minutes ago.
