• No, Hulu is not installed and it cannot be added unless a Firestick or Roku or other streaming device is purchased.

• it is impossible to add any apps whatsoever I called Westinghouse and their customer service informed me that you cannot add or delete any additional apps

• Doesn't have Hulu and you can't add apps. It only has a small number of pre-loaded apps so you'd have to use an external box like a Roku, Fire, or Shield to stream anything that's not supported out of the box.
