“Have had this tv for awhile and just can't seem to get 4K to work. Even with the built in apps it caps out at 1080p and when I try and get into advanced settings under system it won't let me select the tab. How can I fix this?”

Make sure you are using a 4K hdmi cable. High end cable needs to be used.

Please try again later.I have for a week and use with my xbox one 4k and works amazing images was sharper and. the sound was amazing But only work for a week and need a new one but if you can't adjust the settings maybe your tv is defective bring to tge store ask for a replacement because westing house don't have support or parts.
