“Just got this tv today and when I turned it on there was no sound coming from my cable box. The picture is fine and I know the hdmi cable and the box are good because they worked fine on my old tv. Please help”

• Hey Marcus, Check your connections, ensuring that your HDMI cable wasn't damaged when you swapped TV's. Try using YOUTUBE or NETFLIX to see if the TV itself has sound, if not, your TV may be the cause. Had a similar problem and changing the HDMI cable helped me. If that doesn't work, I'd definitely take it to BEST BUY. Good luck!
