Stand is 55" x 17". I mounted a 65" Samsung and it handled it easily. Base very sturdy. No hook to wall.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.shelf width is 19" from post to front; slight curve to shelf makes the ends a bit smaller; need to measure the legs that will support your unit. My 65" Curved Samsung has 12" wide legs that span 37" wide; I bought this unit with intent to suspend from the pole; decided it looked better sitting on top shelf; have ties in the back to keep from falling forward. Almost grandchild proof.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The poll is part of the tv stand. So the tv mounts to the brackets which are attached to the poll and allows the tv to rotate 45 degrees left and right. This test and can be assembled 3 ways. Just the stand so the tv would sit on top of it. The second way I'd you can use the tvmount and attach it directly to the wall. Third way is the poll is attached to the tv stand and the tv attaches to the mount. This is how it is setup in the picture on the Best Buy site. So you can use this stand anyway you would like. It fits up to a 55 inch tv so your Visio should work. I have been very have what the this tv stand. I have a 48 inch Samsung and when I go to a 55 inch 4K Samsung tv I can use the same stand.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have a 60" on ours and it rests on the pole easily, without being attached to the wall. It is as wide as our 60". Sorry I cannot be more specific, but I dont think you will have any problems with it. It even comes with a marker to camouflage any scratches that you get in it!
