“Was the swivel mount piece stuck for anyone else? I cannot get it to “swivel” one bit in order for me to screw it into the stand. It’s as if it was one solid piece that wasn’t meant to rotate at all”

• It was very hard to turn when we set it up but my grandson and I were able to do it together.

• The swivel device is mounted on the of the tv itself, not the stand. I have a 55 inch, it took a few minutes to realize you have to put effort in moving it cause the tv itself is also heavy
