If when reassembling you’re leave boots loose until after redoing the wood screws it should then tighten square once all the bolts are tightened at that step.

Then you either missed a hole for mounting the brackets to the legs (or even center post), or you have a suction cup out of place. Since the legs are x-brace designed another shelf would have to be off as well if the legs were mis-assembled. Now if you disassembled the curved wood pieces from the metal legs frame then you could have missed the holes for that, which would through things off. Unless you actually twisted the middle shelve frame during the move. If the frame is twisted it maybe off by a little bit. Use a right-angle square to check it,. You can use gentle brute force to twist it back into alignment. Obviously remove the glass first. You can use a hard floor (use a pad like a towel) and your body weight gently force it back into shape. Go slowly.
