• Randy, this stand has monitor brackets with a universal mount, it will accommodate a VESA 300 x 300 pattern.

• Probably. My tv has 4 bolts 1 foot apart in a square. But if you look at the picture, the vertical bars are bolted to the tv. On the upper part of those vertical bars there are many holes, you can choose which hole to use for the upper bolts. The bottom of the vertical bars has long holes, maybe 6" long, so the bottom bolt should be able to fit so long as the upper bolt is perpendicular to the bottom bolt. If you have some bolt configuration other than square or rectangle, it won't work. The vertical bars that you bolt to the tv then mount on to the horizontal bars. It's actually really easy.
