• Yes, multiple screws for mounting and based on which TV, you're kind of winging it at first, but once you find the correct screw in the pack they provide very simple.

• Yes, there is everything you need to mount the TV including the bracket. Your TV should fit with no issues. I put up a 65" with no issues.
