• The top shelf (glass) holds also up to most 65in Flat Panels TVs, maximum load 135 lbs.

• I put a 17 gallon fish tank on the top shelf that weighs more than 150 lbs. and it appears to be holding fine.

• the weight limit is over 100 lbs, but the 4K set that I have weighs less than 60 lbs. if your unit has legs, then the weight is pretty much dispersed across the entire surface

• Huge screws hold brackets in place that the glass sits on. It is more than capable of holding the weight of the TV.
