• If the Vesa holes are not too far apart it should work for a 75", also the weight limit on the stand is 135lb. To be on the safe side try and use the anchors that comes with the stand.

• Weight should not be a problem. But width is. The stand says it's for TVs upto 65 inch. Best if you find something which says they can support 70 inch.
