- Answer Sorry, can't answer at the moment. They didn't have the laundry center on the truck to be delivered! I was LIVID. Long story short, I will never shop at Best Buy again. They pushed my delivery date to two more weeks. AWFUL experience. Second time they were supposed to deliver it. UNREAL!

QuestionBought with dryer cord. Upon delivery, Geek Squad said could not install because it was German, couldn't attach cord, and needed an electrician to change my socket. Also thought different voltage. Why require dryer cord purchase and no warning?

- Answer Hello Unhappy! Per the Installation Instructions: A UL Listed 30 amp power supply cord, rated 120/240 volt minimum. The cord should be type SRD or SRDT and be at least 4 ft (1.22 m) long. The wires that connect to the dryer must end in ring terminals or spade terminals with upturned ends.

- Answer Due to different sizes, styles, and fills of comforters it is hard to determine which ones will or will not fit. Filling material will vary from one brand to another and it is difficult to determine if a specific one will fit. Deep water wash does allow for extra water to penetrate synthetic fabrics, the main component of comforters. We hope this helps some.
