“Can one bake in the Whirlpool microwave/convection WMH78019HZ?”

Yes. It can act as a strong oven. You can use it as a microwave, convection oven or bake faster using microwave too. It can be a bit confusing but the first thing I made in mine was a whole 14 lb. Turkey and it really did only take 2 hrs!
