“Hello Whirpool users I need help with whirlpool microwave wmh78019 since I bought it i can only get any food warm on convect and heat will only touch the top side of the food and if I put tea cup full of water only the tea cup it self get the heat”

The microwave unit needs to be turned-in for repair.

Please try again later.If what you say is happening, then your microwave needs to be checked because most of the functions work well, keep in mind certain materials when placed in the microwave will heat up because they will absorb the wave because they are not considered to be microwavable materials . Also, one major drawback to this microwave, is that the actual numbers on the first panel do not light up and are extremely difficult to see period, especially at night.
