- Answer Main support bracket mounts to the back wall, while primary weight bearing support is two large bolts in the top of the unit. Template is included to mark everything.

- Answer We just plugged the microwave in and began using it. The start button is on the lower left side, across from the stop button; just above the light and fan buttons (smaller).

QuestionMy WMH31017HZ microwave power cord is about an inch short of reaching the nearest outlet. The outlet is on a tiled wall over counter. So moving outlet is unaccomodating. The manual states “Do not use an extension cord”. Is there a reasonlable solution?

- Answer I hope so. I replaced my 3 yr old microwave because It had a latch problem also with this one. It seems as though the door is tighter, not as much play in the door as the old one.
