• A:Answer The mounting plate is a standard 17 1/4 inch from the top. you can screw the plate through the tiles but will have to add a spacer above the tiles which is the same thickness as the tiles.

Q: QuestionOur power went out last night and now there is no light on the area where it shows the time, amount of usage time, etc. It still works as you can hear it count down and beeps when done? Is there a replaceable light in there. Outage may have caused this?
