• The turntable is huge and a 9 X 13 pan with fit on it. There is a lip on it, but the plate is 13 3/4" across inside the lip.

• The interior of the turntable is 13 1/2". I don't think a turntable, by definition, could have flat sides. A 13" long pan (interior) with small handles might fit, but it would probably need to max out at 14" in total length.
