A:Answer Item was returned. An Air Conditioner at that size or more 18 thousand BTU’s needs its own special electrical outlet, it can not plug in to a homes normal outlet. So, basically you can not just plug it in to a wall outlet, you need an electrician. It was so large that not 1 human could lift and the monster mistake was returned for a smaller more reasonable sized A/C that can plug in to a homes electrical outlet. However, the Best Buy reps were all wonderful in helping to return and purchase the correct sized one for home use. Speak with them, so you do not make the same mistake I did. This thing was a huge beast.
