- Answer The wheels don't lock but it has two stands near the front wheels that can be locked in place with a wrench. This should stop the refrigerator from moving.

QuestionWill the refrigerator restart it self after a power outage? This is for a second home in the mountains i am not there all the time and the power goes off regularly. The insignia unit has to be restarted by unplugging and re-plugging back in.

- Answer Hello RG! This refrigerator is intended for use in a location where the temperature ranges from a minimum of 55°F (13°C) to a maximum of 110°F (43°C). The preferred room temperature range for optimum performance, which reduces electricity usage and provides superior cooling, is between 60°F (15°C) and 90°F (32°C). It is recommended that you do not install the refrigerator near a heat source, such as an oven or radiator.

QuestionI asked for the depth of the door. You stared it is 29 inches. I think you were referring to the width or depth of the entire refrigerator? What is the depth of the DOOR? It must be less than the depth of a gallon of milk (a few inches) so...?

- Answer Hello Lydia! The depth without the door is 25 1/4" the depth with the doors excluding the handles is 29 7/8". That should provide and estimate on the size of the actual depth of the door. As we are not provided the depth of just the door and we can only advise proper installation of the per the Use and Care Guide. With the proper spacing provided on the sides of the unit. - Answer Lydia, the Stainless Steel model will have a smooth finish. Magnets will work on this model, but we do not recommend leaving them on the surface on the refrigerator, as they can cause discoloration. The depth of the Refrigerator with doors closed excluding handles is 29 7/8".

QuestionI noticed the cutout height dimension is 3 inches higher than the top of the hinge height. i have 1.5 inch clearance at the top. Why is this asking for 3 inches? I don't want to order it and have it not fit.
