Please try again later.Turn the freezer temperature control to 4 (align circle on knob with desired number) to maintain at or near 0 degrees under normal operating conditions. Allow 6 to 8 hours before filling with food. You should be able to find a manual at www.whirlpool.com/product_help or use QR code attached.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The temperature control is on the right side down at the bottom. You have to use a screw driver to change the settings. It is difficult to see the numbers and very hard to read. This is the only bad thing wrong with this freezer. They should have put a knob with numbers you could actually see. Otherwise, I love the freezer.
