QuestionI NEED THE drain tube to be 10 feet to reach my drainoutlet under my sink. Does this have that or do I NEED to order separately? If I need to order, can you supply the correct model number for the pump so I can be sure I am ordering right part please?

QuestionIs this a freezer? When the ice is made, will it sit there or will it melt as if in a cooler?

- Answer It is not a freezer, the compartment is not refrigerated. Because the ice is cut into squares by a heated wire grid the ice would freeze into a clump if it was refrigerated. So it is basically melting constantly

QuestionMy ice maker has a light showing 'order cleaner'. There is nothing in the manual about this. It was cleaned less than 2 months ago. How can I reset the light? The manual shows a light about the FILTER but nothing about the cleaner.

- Answer Hello crawale, this model not have an option to bypass the cleaning cycle. We would have to recommend cleaning the machine if the unit is stating it needs to be cleaned. We hope this helps.
