“I have had this freezer for 2 years and the door won't stay closed unless I lock the door. After looking at the door closely I noticed that the seal is the problem. Seems to me that the seal should have lasted longer than 2 years. I'm very disappointed”

Sorry but I’ve had our freezer for 3 mos. and the door stays closed. Other than maybe leveling it it probably is the seal. I would complain to Whirlpool. Hope it’s not took late.
