QuestionEvery time I turn on the COOL FUNCTION button, that function shuts off after like 30 seconds (the rest of the machine keeps operating, blowing hot air around). Troubleshooting guide does not mention this scenario.

- Answer It does come with everything you need to operate it. It does not have a hose though as it is an evaporative cooler and not an air conditioner.
