Q: QuestionOn the temperature control, which way makes it colder? A higher number or lower number? The manual does not cover this basic information and currently the refrigerator is at 44 degrees, which is too warm.

• A:Answer Hello Homeowner, you will have to try and set the temperature control to the highest number. Please make sure that the number is at "7" for the coldest temperature for both control buttons. We hope this works out for you.

Q: QuestionWe just received our new refrigerator and was delivered and set up by Best Buy. I'm sure it is not leveled since everytime I open the door the refrigerator rolls away from the wall. I'm afraid this will eventually loosen the water line .

• A:Answer Somebody forgot to twist down the stabilizing knobs that are next to the wheels. They hold the refrigerator in place. When you lower them make sure to level the refrigerator with a very slight backward tilt so when you shut the door it doesn’t pop back open.
