Might want to double check your install. In my case, the support bracket is not visible at all.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We installed this above a month ago and thought it was just us. We also can see the mounting bracket but the way our backsplash is it isn’t that bad so we haven’t tried to adjust it.
