Yes. Unless itsl's an exectionally fluffy king size comforter it will fit and wash well. Mine fits and washes fine.

Filling material will vary from one brand to another and it is difficult to determine if a specific one will fit. Deep water wash does allow for extra water to penetrate synthetic fabrics, the main component of comforters. We hope this helps some.
