QuestionI would like to buy it for the garage, but I am wondering if the warranty will still cover it? I was told that the manufacture warranty and/or any purchased warranty won't cover the fridge if I put it inside the garage because it is not "garage ready".

- Answer Just spoke to the Geek squad three years after this question and they did not believe this about Whirlpool warranty. I am asking about a Whirlpool washer in the garage. Whirlpool says they will not cover it. I asked if the Best Buy Warranty would. They say I have to get permission from Whirlpool for Best Buy to cover the washer. I would like to buy the best buy warranty but not if I cannot use it.. I was told this was some law that for a year Best Buy cannot touch it.
