Q: QuestionIs the only difference between WRS571CIHZ and WRS517CIDM that CIHZ has the Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel and CIDM has Monochromatic Stainless Steel? I spoke with Whirlpool Customer Service and as CIHZ is new 12/17 the operator wasn't 100% sure.

• A:Answer The WRS571CIHZ is the newer model and it has the fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish, inside its the same. The only other difference I noticed was that the doors are no longer flat, but curve towards the middle slightly. It looks really nice, I bought it a couple weeks back and I am really happy with it so far. Regards, Tony

• A:Answer YES! I changed it to 10oz. default to fill tall water bottles with two cycles of the measured fill button. My water glasses hold 10 oz. Just recalibrate for 10 oz. (1-1/4 C) instead of 8. The read out will still display 8 oz but fill 25% more water. Lie to the robot, it will never know. Tell your cook friends to avoid spills.

Q: QuestionWhat is the height of the refrigerator case? The provided specs list the height that top of hinge. I assume that the hinge is taller that the case/body of the fridge. I have 68”clearance for the case/body, but the hinge would can be taller.
