Q: QuestionWhat does frameless shelves mean...this model WRSA71CIGHZ states it has frameless shelves and frig model WRS571CIHZ does not state it has frames shelves. Also the ice cube dispenser on the inside of the doors looks different. What is the difference?

• A:Answer Great question Kathleen. Frameless glass shelf refers to giving you more storage on the shelf. The WRS571CIHZ has filtered ice whereas the other one doesn't.

Q: QuestionWhat can I do to stop the fridge from rolling forward each time I open the doors? Do the wheels lock? It doesn’t tilt forward, the whole thing rolls away from the wall. Floor is tile.
