Hi Rachel,Turn the freezer temperature control to 4 (align circle on knob withdesired number), as shown below. There is a turn dial that I have set at 4 and the thermometer I bought and put inside the unit reads 0-2 degrees F. Internal temperature is highly dependent on how you fill the freezer. If you leave gaps in the right places the temperature and ice buildup is different than if you pack everything “tight”...
