Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure if your fridge is just got your fridge. If you had the fridge for a few weeks now and was working before, then it must be broken. If you just bought the fridge, you have to turn on the switch from the icemaker bin. Remove the ice bin, then you should find the switch inside on the side. Look at the photo. You also have to check on the front panel if the light is on saying 'icemaker is off'. You can turn it on by clicking 'options' button then click 'temp' to remove the light saying 'icemaker is off'.
