QuestionDoes this refrigerator ever shut off?I've had this refrigerator for two days now. It hardly ever shuts off. I've noticed three times in the past two days it will shut off. But it only shuts off for maybe 20 to 30 seconds and then it starts again. I've noticed different things happening. Sometimes I can tell that it's just the blower that is on. Then it makes a loud clunking noise for about 15 seconds and then it sounds like the compressor is starting. It's a beautiful refrigerator, but should something be running 24 hours a day? It's almost hard to believe that a refrigerator would be made that every once in a while would make such loud noises. Thanks.

- Answer Ours ran a lot at first as well, but slowed down a little after it cooled off.

- Answer If you have a water line to the back of the fridge, then no, it's a simple connection. If you don't have the line then they are not too difficult to install if you have some basic tools and skills.

QuestionDoes this fridge ship with the handles off?I only have 35 inches of clearance on my front door. The handles would push the width of the fridge to almost 36 inches.

- Answer Fridge was delivered with the handles attached, they were removed by delivery crew to fit through my door ways.

Questionfreezer draw removalare drawers removable for installation. I have small doorway to kitchen.Whirlpool WRX735SDMB 25.0 French Door 3 drawer. Delivery crew did not have a clue. Frig was returned. Sales rep assured that they were removable.

- Answer There is no way to see the current temperature. A 3rd party solution such as a thermometer may be needed. The refrigerator has the capability to auto-sense the interior temperature and activate the compressor when needed to achieve the set temperature.

- Answer This may be is the sub-divider for the pull-out drawer that hooks perpendicularly over the drawer's other dividers. It slides on the drawer's plastic rails to adjust the compartment as you desire. However to me, it looks nothing like a butter dish. I've bought 2 of these refrigerators and each comes with one (1) divider for the drawer to be used as you may prefer. I agree, it doesn't make sense to have only one (1) - there should be two or none. Let me know if this is the item you're describing. Attached is a photo of my drawer.
