• No, it’s just a fixed plastic mesh. Much less versatile than Bosch or the Korean brands, but still useful. Doesn’t come out without a little disassembly.

• You can remove all of the third rack, but the rails don't come out. It is very roomy for pots on the top, but tall glasses will fall over when you close it because the third rack rails are there.
