No, it does not have a China feature or a light load...and you can move the basket anywhere..

The AnyWare™ silverware basket will fit on the inner door, on the front of the lower rack, and inside the lower rack. It does have a third level rack which can be used for low profile items like spatulas. The third rack can also be removed. We hope this helps!
