Just bought one 2 days ago, will be delivered in 2 more days, so they are readily available. the current price is $1,529.99 but varies, this is the lowest I've seen it so I went ahead and ordered. your cabinet cut out is too big, you will need cabinet re-facing to bring the hole down to 22.5" wide x 49.75 tall, so you'll need to add sturdy wood strips to each side and top so that there is something solid to mount it to. the bottom has a vent with trim that covers the lower section.
