The oven only has what is called a keypad lock as far as I know. By pressing and holding the key, the other keys are inhibited from action. To dis-engage this you must repress the key and hold for 3 seconds. I don't think it locks the doors in any way or prevents access to the ovens, just prevents anyone changing the settings made.
