• Hi Dishwasher4searcher, there will only be a "Clean" indicator light at the end of the cycle. Once the unit is opened, it will auto-reset. We hope this helps.

• The Clean light comes on when the cycle is over. It goes off when you open and close the door. There is no continuous tone alarm.
