The width of fridge with the doors is 35 7/8 The depth is 33 5/8 which is more than a standard cabinet/counter The doors will clear a cabinet/counter, but if it's a wall next to it that's 36.2 inches then no. The door needs 3 inches alone not to mention another 2 inch for the handle

Allow for 2" (5.08 cm) of space behind the refrigerator. If your refrigerator has an ice maker, allow extra space at the back for the water line connections. When installing your refrigerator next to a fixed wall, leave a 2" (5.08 cm) minimum space on each side (depending on your model) to allow the doors to swing open.
