• A:Answer Hello Red! Press both minus sign (-) touch pads repeatedly until a dash (—) appears in both the refrigerator and freezer displays. Neither compartment will cool when the refrigerator is off. 7 would be the coldest.

Q: QuestionDoes this refrigerator have a locking feature for the internal water dispenser? Also, does the water dispenser interfere with the drawer? The pictures make it seem as though you must tilt your cup to get water. Thank you in advance
