• Hello Carpy. There is no Ice Scoop with this Whirlpool® Refrigerator.

• This model does not come with an ice scoop. Worse, the Temperature Control panel is NOT in in DEGREES -- it is set up in NUMBERS FROM 1 to 7 -- SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTING!! I would recommend buying a different refrigerator.
