“Our refrigerator was installed today at 4PM. As of 10:30PM we find that we can't get water to dispense. Do we have to wait for 24 hours for this to flow when we try to get water from it?”

Joe- As long as the water line is hooked up correctly, the water should dispense for you. If this is the case, we would recommend that you reach out to us at 800-253-1301 8 am to 8 pm M-F EST, 8 am to 4:30 pm Sat.
