A:AnswerThere are adjustable legs (for leveling) under the freezer drawer. Remove the plastic front grill guard by gently pulling outward from both edges, then open the freezer drawer and you will see them right in line with the front wheels, take a wrench or socket (1/4") I believe and turn them clockwise until they hit the floor and take the load off the wheels. Check for level and that's it.
A:AnswerHi -, Depending on the model, raise the front of the refrigerator so it rolls more easily or raise the leveling screws so they don’t scrape the floor. We would also recommend taping the doors shut as well as taping the power cord to the back of the Refrigerator.
