“I am having the same issues I have read about where the refrigerator and produce drawers are freezing everything from lettuce, tomatoes ,Milk and eggs to name a few. I have not seen an answer that works, do I need to call Whirlpool for help?”

Yes you should call work pool the thermostat is broken in the fridge the only think that should get that cold is the botttom drawer . The vent in the main fridge is what controls the the middle one
