QuestionAre these French door refrigerators delivered without the door handles attached, including the freezer door handle. I would think so given the depth, are the handles placed on after they get it inside the home?

QuestionWe ordered the above fridge. Reading the specs--it says no ice tray for the ice maker. Why is that and where can we get one from for this fridge please? I guess we figured if there was an ice maker it would come with an ice tray/bin.

- Answer Yes it is 35 5/8" wide. Also, the doors are hinged in such a way that the doors do not need extra room on either side, so you can get into the crispers easily.

- Answer Hello Patrick! The ice maker should produce approximately seven to nine batches of ice in a 24 hour period and the ice bins will hold 3.5-4 lbs of ice.

QuestionWe just had this fridge delivered and installed yesterday and wonder if it’s supposed to be so noisy? It makes a constant humming sound that’s just load enough to be annoying. Is this normal with the model?

- Answer Mine does not make a humming noise unless the ice trays are filling. Maybe it's not level? I just got mine last week.
